6 individual online coaching sessions
You are at center of attention. We want to TRANSLATE existing models, theories, tips and tricks to something which fits into YOUR LIFE.
There is a 'framework' to make sure we cover everything but it's flexible enough to deal with 'unexpected' situations.

Video Library
In order to keep our sessions practical and to the point, you also need to work in between.
Preparation: I'll invite you to watch videos beforehand so that we can do the exercises and the 'translation' together.
Implementation: I will also ask you to practice what we discuss, to check whether it suits you or, whether we need to tweak it for even better results.
